As Director of Delivery, Kathleen plays an integral role in the development and roll-out of client projects. Adept at understanding client expectations and liaising between customer and delivery teams,. Kathleen joined Vana in 2015, following a 30-year career in information technology roles for both the Commercial and Federal Government sections. Her passion for helping people use technology to improve outcomes is shown in her commitment to agile practices, her leadership and mentoring of Vana’s agile business analysts, and her championing of automation and 508 compliance. In addition, she provided expertise in integrating best practices with Vana’s Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI’s) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 accreditation. Kathleen is a proud alumnus of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. In her time off she enjoys time with her children and grandchildren, quilting, and travel.
